Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

1. Total price and booking fee
For each transfer, excursion or car rental you are given a total price. A small part of this total price is paid in advance as a booking fee when your booking is confirmed. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver or service provider on the day of the service.

2. Non-refundable booking fee
The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel, change your plans or do not show up for your booking, regardless of the reason. This also applies if the driver or provider decides not to charge you the remaining balance.

3. Provider cancellations and no-shows
If the driver or service provider cancels the service, or does not show up at the agreed time and place, and you do not accept an alternative solution (for example a different time or provider), the booking fee will be fully refunded.

4. Changes and delays
If your flight, ferry or schedule changes, please contact your hotel as soon as possible. We will try to adjust your booking with the provider, but changes cannot always be guaranteed. In such cases, the booking fee remains non-refundable unless the provider cancels or fails to deliver the service.

5. Payments to drivers and providers
The remaining balance (total price minus the booking fee already paid) is always paid directly to the driver or service provider, according to their own payment methods and terms.
