• The total price of each transfer, excursion or car rental includes a small part that is paid in advance as a booking fee. The remaining balance is paid directly to the driver or provider on the day of the service.

• After we receive your request, you’ll get an email with a payment link for the booking fee. Once the fee is paid, your booking is confirmed and the remaining amount is paid directly to the driver or provider.

• This form is a booking request. Your booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email or message from us or your hotel.

• The booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel, change your plans or do not show up for the service, regardless of the reason. The booking fee will only be refunded if the driver or service provider cancels the service or does not show up at the agreed time and place, and you do not accept an alternative option.

• In most cases you pay the remaining balance directly to the driver or provider on the day of the service. Details about the amount and payment method will be included in your confirmation.

• Please double-check your pick-up location, date and time before sending the request. If your flight, ferry or schedule changes, contact us or your hotel reception as soon as possible so we can try to adjust your booking.

• If you need to change or cancel your booking, please reply to your confirmation email or contact your hotel reception as soon as possible.
